2. Products

All items are handcrafted. Natural variations in materials, color, or finish are inherent and do not constitute defects.

3. Prices & Payments

  • Prices include applicable VAT where required

  • Payments are processed securely via third-party providers

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors

4. Right of Withdrawal (EU Cooling-Off Period)

EU consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason, except for:

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Products damaged by misuse

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective.

5. Refunds

Refunds are issued within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by couriers, customs, or force majeure are not the responsibility of MedinaDecor.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the item and packaging.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, designs, and images are the exclusive property of MedinaDecor.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights under EU law.

10. Applicable Law
